What Starter, Plus, and Premium include, and how limits work.

Good to know
- Starter is free for good: no credit card, no time limit. Every new account starts on it. See Getting started.
- Plus and Premium start with 7 free days, once per account, with nothing to pay up front. Use Keep my plan in Settings → Billing during those days to set the payment up, and the plan simply continues when they end. If the days end with nothing paid, the account is paused: signing in shows the plan picker, and paying for a plan (billed on the spot, monthly or yearly) brings everything back exactly as it was. The billing address is collected when you pay and goes on every invoice (nota fiscal).
- Invited by a friend? Your first payment for a plan gives you both 30 extra free days. See Invite a friend.
- Cancelling a paid plan takes the account back to Starter at the end of the paid period. Nothing is deleted; anything above Starter's limits is kept, and you just can't add more until you upgrade again. See What happens if a paid plan ends.
- If a page needs a higher tier, it shows an upgrade card naming the tier with a shortcut to change plans — nothing is hidden silently.
- Creation limits apply when you create things: for example, the Add account button hides once you're at your plan's cap.
- If a payment fails, a payment problem notice covers the app when you sign in. It can't be dismissed — use Fix payment in Stripe to update your payment method, and the notice clears on the next page load once Stripe confirms the payment went through. You keep the paid tier this way for a 14-day grace period while the card is retried; after that, the account drops to the free Starter plan until the payment is completed.
